How to create clients and sites in PEAK

  1. Create client in PEAK if required

  2. Create site in PEAK

  3. Send logins + follow up with communications as necessary

  4. Draft and send the introduction email along with the login details. [Email template]

    1. Follow up with phone calls as required

Create Clients

Create company (client or contractor) on PEAK if required. Add company logo. Disable 2FA

Create Users

Add user by clicking on the person icon under PEAK β†’ Client (choose the appropriate client). Enter username as their email address.

You can set their password to using the pencil icon.

Create site

Required fields are:

  • Name

  • Collector Email

  • Address

  • Timezone

  • Currency

  • Building Type

Recommended fields are:

  • Levels and Zones

  • Thermal Comfort conditions

  • Working Hours
