What you will receive
PEAK access: You’ll receive login credentials for the PEAK platform, including access to a demo site preloaded with sample data.
Exploration features: The demo includes a functional charting tool and data available through to April 2025.
Rule templates: Full access to CIM’s existing rule templates, with the ability to test and begin building your own rules.
Training: A CIM representative will be in touch shortly to organise a comprehensive training session covering all key platform features.
What we need from you
To ensure smooth setup and operation of our BACER devices in your office, we require the following network configuration:
Wi-Fi network: A WPA-3 secured Wi-Fi network. Specific setup details will be shared with your IT team separately.
Ethernet backup: Ideally, a DHCP-enabled Ethernet network with at least two available ports to serve as a backup in case of Wi-Fi failure.
Internet access: Outbound internet connectivity to allow BACERs to establish a secure VPN connection with CIM servers, in line with our standard connectivity requirements.
This infrastructure will enable us to configure BACER devices for each of your sites as setup details are received.
