Follow these steps to reset your password for your PEAK Account:

Step 1 - Click Forgot Password Link

Visit the PEAK Platform login page and click the Forgot Password? link

Step 2 - Enter your email for your PEAK Account

Enter the email you were given for your PEAK Account and click Submit. You will be emailed a unique link to reset your password.

If you have forgotten the email that was used to setup your PEAK Account please email CIM support at engineering@cim.io.

Step 3 - Open Reset Password email

Go to your email inbox and find the email from PEAK platform IT Support with your reset password instructions.

Find and click the link "Link to reset credentials" to be taken to a new page to set your new password.

Step 4 - Set a new password

Enter and confirm a new secure password and click Submit.

Step 5 - Log in to your PEAK Account

Go back to your original PEAK Platform login page and enter your email and new password to login to your account.
