Follow these troubleshooting steps if you are seeing the following certificate error when trying to login to your PEAK Account from your internet browser.

Step 1 - Download new certificate file
Download the following file to a local folder on your PC.
Step 2 - Open file
Locate and open the file you have downloaded
Step 3 - Follow installation wizard
Follow the Certificate Import Wizard
Click Install Certificate
Click Next multiple times based on the default selections
Click Finish to complete the installation
Contact CIM support if you experience any installation or permission errors.
Step 4 - Close and then open a new browser and login
Close all current browser windows.

Open a new internet browser window and visit the login page of your PEAK Account (Login to your PEAK Account).
