Intro: Why use PEAK Actions?

Engineering teams often juggle MBCx issues across spreadsheets, emails, screenshots, shared folders and PDF reports. PEAK Actions consolidates everything into one streamlined workflow:

  • Log once: Record performance issues (including ECMs) without duplication.

  • Own & collaborate: Assign, follow up, and comment in one place with clear accountability.

  • Link live data: Attach chart trends and AFDD alerts directly to each action and keep a single source of truth.

  • Keep evidence together: Upload M&V files, screenshots and rebate forms once and remain linked.

  • Track and report: Filter progress on demand or export a snapshot for custom reporting.

This guide walks engineering teams through the switch from their current workflow to PEAK Actions.

2. Assigning and Collaborating

Replace email threads with comments and ownership.

    • Log updates, questions and clarifications in the comments thread.

  3. Update status as work progresses

    • New (approval) -> In Progress (approved) -> Closed (implemented).

    • On Hold or Not Doing when appropriate.

Tip: See Adding Users Guide on how to add client and contractor users to a site to assign actions.
