1. What is PEAK Indoor Environment?
PEAK Indoor Environment (PEAK IE) includes two modules that track a building’s thermal comfort and relative humidity against ideal comfort conditions and setpoint controls.
Key questions which can be answered using PEAK IE include:
Which levels and zones are too warm/ cool (thermal comfort) or humid/ dry (humidity)
Which levels are not controlling to setpoint and require contractor attention
Which sensors are broken (i.e. require maintenance focus from contractors)
How are high priority zones underperforming (do they require priority attention)
Equipment/ zones which currently have Actions in progress
Daily comfort history for each individual zone
Monthly % Score for the Site
2. Dashboard Overview
Access PEAK IE from the sidebar by clicking Dashboard > Thermal Comfort or Relative Humidity
Historical Monthly Comfort Score: Click on the Individual bar to populate the tables and score card below for the selected month (how scores are calculated)
Scorecard: Zones that needs attention (too warm/too cool)
Advanced Filter: Click on filter icon to get option to filter by level or zone. Use this filter to filter out zones which have been marked as high priority.
Table Sort: Click on the Temp column to sort ascending or descending temperature values. All columns except Actions are sortable.
In-progress Action: See the in-progress action by hovering over the action link. Clicking on the link redirects to Action Manager with all the actions in progress for that equipment (see Actions Manager)
Action Button: Action buttons are displayed against rows where temperature readings are not ideal. Click this button to create/escalate action. See next section.
Daily Comfort History Chart: Click on individual rows to check daily comfort history
3. Creating Actions
Modal pre-filled with necessary detail pops up as below. Click Create button to Action this.
Title: Edit title if required
Assigned: Assign it to person who will action it
Chart Link: Copy the link on different tab to view history
