How to prioritise tasks to manage your team's attention.

The Inbox and Previous categories are designed to help teams manage tasks requiring attention.

Inbox

Actions that require focus go into the Inbox. All New status tickets begin in the Inbox and can only move to Previous if the ticket has been approved or moved to On Hold or Not Doing.

In Progress, On Hold and Not Doing tickets can be moved between Inbox and Previous if they require attention.

Previous

New Actions that have been approved with emails sent have their status automatically changed to In Progress and moved to the Previous category.
